1. Before setting up your box, be sure to measure your image to ensure a good fit. |
 |
2. Construct your frame for your image, using 2"x8" boards and screw them together. Before going any further, make sure you have left enough room for the image to be placed inside the frame. |
3. Take a 2"x2" board and attach it to your wall for your frame to hang on. Make sure the board is level before attaching your frame to it. Screw the board onto the wall at your stud points. |
 |
4. Place the frame on top of the board you just attached to the wall. Screw your frame to the board & add more 2"x2"s around the inside of the frame & attach to the wall for extra support. |
5. Install the lighting inside your box, placing the lights about 15 inches apart. We highly recommend Dim-Able* flourescent fixtures, which give you the best effect for your image, day or evening. |
 |
6. Install your permenant stops inside the frame for your Religious Image to set against. Place the stops as far away from the bulbs as possible to accomodate the image and the outside moulding. Next, place your image inside the frame. Drill a few ventilation holes in the top of the frame for air to escape. |
7. Once your image is places in the frame, secure it in place with moulding. Either nail or screw the moulding into place. You are now ready to enjoy your Religious Image. |
*Dim-Able lighting fixtures are available from Daybright lighting and are found at any lighting wholesaler. They give you control over the intensity of light for all situations. We also recommend using one bulb units with Sylvania bulbs (in 2ft., 4ft., or 8ft sizes, depending on image) for the best look. |
